In this class you will learn how to make a picnic meal for any outdoor venue or occasion. It is as portable as you need it to be. I have used this meal when dining on our porch and with friends for dinner before an American Players Theater show. Your porch, deck or patio may be the focus of your outdoor entertaining – and this meal will allow you to sit and enjoy. All prep work is done ahead so all you have to do is set up the buffet line!
- Cured Salmon, served with Cucumbers, Capers, Onion and Lime Zest Marscapone, and Toasted Bread
- Garlic Pasta Salad
- Fresh Corn Salad
- Cold Roast Beef Tenderloin with Chimichurri Sauce and Tomato Relish
- Triple Chocolate Brownies
