Maple Mustard Dressing
This is a recipe for a dressing served at SPFM market tastings. It can be used as a marinade or sauce for any type of meat or as a dressing for any chopped vegetable salad- single or in combination, with or without greens. The amounts are guidelines - add or reduce to taste. Or play with additional spice or flavors to fit your style or preferences.

Ingredients
- 3 Cloves mMinced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Mustard
- ½ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ Tsp. Celery Seed
- 1.2 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
