Ingredients
- ½ Cup Chopped Pickled Ginger
- ½ Cup Pickled Ginger Bringe
- 1 Cup Water
- 1½ Cups Honey
- 1 Cup red Miso (may also use blond miso - found at Asian markets)(We prefer miso from the Nagano region)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.
